ART STUDIO - DAY EIGHT

PREPARED FOR THE COMING RAINSTORMS BY SETTING UP 'CAMP'. COVERED THE LUMBER AND PLYWOOD, AND SHELTERED THE CUTTING STATION, SO I COULD WORK IN THE RAIN.

DAY NINE - FRAMED A FEW MORE WALLS. THE TALL TREES SURROUNDING THE SITE BLOCKED SOME OF THE RAIN.

THE SMALL TOOLSHED WILL BE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STUDIO, WITH ITS OWN ACCESS DOORS.

ART STUDIO - DAY ONE

THIS MICRO-STRUCTURE COMBINES A FEW FUNCTIONS IN ONE BUILDING. THE MAIN AREA WILL BE AN ART STUDIO. AN ADJOINING SPACE WILL BE A HOME OFFICE, WITH BUILT-IN BOOKSHELVES AND DESK. AROUND BACK, A SEPARATE DOOR WILL LEAD TO A TOOLSHED.

DAY ONE - GRADED THE SITE AND CALLED IN A DELIVERY OF GRAVEL.

DAY TWO - DUG A TRENCH FROM THE MAIN HOUSE TO THE SITE, FOR THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE AND LANDLINE INTERNET CONNECTION.

DAY THREE - COMPACTED THE GRAVEL AND LEVELED IT OFF. IT'S A BEAUTIFUL YARD WITH TALL TREES SURROUNDING THE SITE OF THE FUTURE ART STUDIO.
