COURTYARD - DAY NINE

AND DAY TEN. FINISHED SIDING THE INTERIOR AND STARTED TYING EVERYTHING TOGETHER.

INSIDE CORNER:

OUTSIDE CORNER:

AFTER I PUT THE SIDING ON THE FRONT, EVERYTHING REALLY CAME TOGETHER.

THE GARAGE, THE HOUSE AND THE WALL ARE NOW INTEGRATED AS ONE UNIT, RATHER THAN DISPARATE ELEMENTS.

COURTYARD - DAY EIGHT

I COMPLETED THE EXTERIOR OF ONE WALL, AND EVERYTHING RAN NICE AND TRUE.

THE SIDING FOR THE WALL MATCHES THE OLD SIDING ON THE GARAGE.

A VIEW OF THE COURTYARD INTERIOR. UNFINISHED, OF COURSE. THIS SIDE OF THE WALL GETS THE SAME SIDING AS THE EXTERIOR.

COURTYARD - DAY SEVEN

LUMBER DROP. THE DRIVER TOOK THE CEDAR SIDING FROM THE TRUCK WITH A MULTI-DIRECTIONAL FORKLIFT. CRAB-STYLE DOWN THE STREET:

AND A PIVOT INTO THE DRIVEWAY FOR THE DROP. VERY SMOOTH.

I GOT A FEW COURSES OF THE SIDING ON THE WALL BEFORE QUITTING TIME.

COURTYARD - DAY SIX

THIS WAS A SHORT DAY. NAILED DOWN THE STRAPPING TO SECURE THE OVERHEAD SECTION OF THE GATE.

THEN I SHEATHED THE FRONT IN PLYWOOD TO FURTHER STRENGTHEN IT AND TIE EVERYTHING TOGETHER.
